    The Mexico CIPSA Space Beacon differed dramatically from the US issued Space Beacon. Rather than a 3-finned Beacon with chrome radar dish in the US variant, the Cipsa variant has a 6-finned beacon with a white plastic radar dish. Also, the bulb shade is CLEAR, not purple.
