RENE CAOVILLA ornate, over-the-top, never worn hand-painted platform sandals are a prime example of early 2000s shoe decadence (think of the era of Sex and the City). No content, but I think base is wood. Navy with delicate light blue and white stippled, striped triangle motif around sides, clustered flowers on inside and outside of stiletto heel and underside of sole. Insole is stippled light blue, with white, green and red stippled flowers, stem & leaves.
Skinny red suede strapping wraps around legs & skinny red strapping over toes affixed by blue rhinestone crystal rivets.
Size 6 - 6.5 / 36 - 36.5 (bottom is stamped 38 but these fit me and I'm a narrow 6.5)
These have never been worn, but over the last 15 or so years, the inside of straps has started to open showing the ivory inner strand core. Also there is a notch in the right, outside ankle strap about 1/4" above rhinestone rivet.
