It is in nice shape and would make a nice display, but does have some typical play wear & scratches overall. All metal tabs are intact. There is a rusted area on the lower back wall.     VINTAGE 1950s-1960s MARX CAPE CANAVERAL PLAYSET
    HEADQUARTERS TIN LITHO BUILDING
    This vintage Tin Headquarters Building was made in the 1950s-1960s for one of Marx's Cape Canaveral Space Playsets.  This Tin Litho building is approximately 12" wide x 13.5" tall x 4" deep.  For its age, this Building is in nice shape and would make a good display, but does have some typical play wear & scratches overall.
    All metal tabs are intact.
    There is a rusted area on the lower back wall.  This is the metal Building shell only, as shown in the photos.  I provided multiple photos to show the condition clearly.
