Very Rare Captain Meteoro Capsula Cosmica Space Power suit with box by Cipsa.  Captain Meteoro was the the Mexican version of Major Matt Mason.  Suit is Embossed "Space power suit C(opyright mark)1968 Mattel Inc. Hong Kong". Picture 2 shows all included items.  There were several non-US releases of the Major Matt Mason toy line, which featured different manufacturers and packaging. Canadian packaging is usually the same as the US but with French translations, either printed on the card/box or applied via label. Mexico and South America saw the  toy line manufactured by Cipsa  under the Capitan Meteoro line.  This is a Major Matt Mason Mexican Line Captain Meteoro Capsula Cosmica accessory manufactured by Cipsa for Mattel.
It is a  Space Power Suit accessory.   Capsula Cosmica appears on the colorful box front. It shows Capitan Meteoro in more detail inside the suit. The Space Suit has Power arm extensions actuated by air pressure and space walking shoes.  The actual figure doll is not included in this item.  The air pressure.actuated Item seems to function normally.  The grasper on the right is offset.  I am not sure if this is as intended but it opens and closes normally. The item appears to be complete though I am not sure if all decals (There are four) are present.  Includes Instructions. Box includes all flaps and is as pictured which shows wear.  See Pictures.  I am not an expert on this item so look at the pictures and ask questions if you are unsure.
