Description
Ertl Collectibles has been the exclusive manufacturer of the Chevron Plane Series since its inception in 2004. Ertl has also been the exclusive manufacturer of the Texaco Plane Series since 1993. Each plane they produce is a replica of a plane from that era making this series extremely valuable and collectible.I believe I have
EVERY
Ertl Chevron Plane from 2004 until I stopped collecting in 2013. This includes 6 Regular Chevron Plane releases –
PLUS
all 4 Special Edition releases. 10 planes in total!!!!!!! I am not aware that they have produced any additional planes since they came out with Plane #6 in 2009 – if so, this lot of planes would put the buyer on the ground floor!
You rarely see the DC-3 offered for sale!
Every one of the planes is in MINT condition! Every one of the planes comes in/with the original MINT condition box! The planes were always stored in a non-smoking environment. A couple of the planes were only taken out of the boxes for inspection and pictures. None of them were ever displayed. All of the planes are in NIB (New in Box) condition.

[NOTE: Everyone knows – these planes are big and heavy! The DC-3 is a monster! Someone might be able to save a lot of money if they had a commercial account (UPS/FedEx/USPS) and had these pieces shipped through their account – shipping is what makes this so expensive!]
