    ADORABLE decorative Pillow of Purses
    HANDBAG HEAVEN - Dimensions SUNSET Cross Stitch #13718
    UPDATE:  FOUND THIS KIT IN ANOTHER TUB - SUNSET BY DIMENSIONS-CRAFTS.COM. SHOWN AS A MATTED PIECE, MY MOTHER MADE IT INTO A PILLOW.  SEE PHOTOS. I WILL enclose the pattern if you are interested.
    This will likely embarrass my daughter but my mom made this for her as a teen - she had a family reputation for buying purses.  A lot.  All the time.  ;-). The stitching is so tight and intricate - several of the purses have some beads on them - see the closeups.  My mother signed it with her Grandmother nickname, Nanny.  16 3/4” x 9’, including the fringey wool edging.  The back is purple felt.   A light stain in the upper left corner see photo.  Again, WHAT

    We will be listing many completed cross stitch embroidery pieces over the next several weeks.  These were done by my mother over the past 60+ years.  It was one of her favorite hobbies and she was still making them until last year when her health forbade it.  We came across over 100 pieces, stored in a few different tubs and some that were framed.  Although we selected favorites for her daughters and granddaughters, there are plenty to share with you.  Some are signed, some are not.  She used kits as well as patterns out of books. Some she my have purchased while living in Gettysburg.  I will list the sizes, etc, but I am clearly not an expert, so if you have any questions, please ask.  Thank you for looking.
