    When will my item be shipped?
    We ship our items within 1-3 business days, but typically a day after the item was purchased. If you asked us to do a pick up from the parks it will be delivered as soon as we get our hands on the item.
    What if I buy more than 1 item?
    If you buy multiple items, please let us know so we can give you a more accurate price on what the shipping will be. Shipping depends on weight and fees that we have to apply to the total.
    How would my item be shipped?
    We offer both Priority and Standard shipping. You can choose either one, however if the item is more than 15 oz. we are obligated to send this as a Priority Package do to weight limits on Standard Shipping.
    What if my package doesn’t arrive on time?
    We tend to guide ourselves from the ETA that USPS shows, we cannot promise that it will arrive sooner or later than the day USPS shows do to things can happen that is out of our hands.
    How do I return an item?
    We want to be fair to you and us. We give a 30 day window to return the items, however, we charge a 10% restocking fee and you would have to provide the label.
    Are the items authentic from Disney?
    Yes, they are. We only sell Disney brand items otherwise we would specify if it isn’t.
    Are the items New or Used?
    Most of our items are Brand New. Otherwise we will let you know in the description of the item.
