Exquisite Antique German Simon Halbig Doll Presentation Set Trousseau

I purchased this presentation set in 2005 from a well-known dealer and I have cherished it in my collection since then! It is exquisite!
The presentation box measures approx. 8 1/2" wide by 7 1/2" high by 6 1/2" deep when closed. When opened, the height is 12" high with a depth of approx. 11". I love the cut of the paper covered wood box. Inside, you will find lots of treasures! Tied with antique silk pink ribbon onto a pink presentation card is a 7 1/2" bisque head Simon Halbig 1078 doll with fully jointed composition body. She is dressed simply in her adorable muslin chemise trimmed with sweet tiny lace and wonderful pin at her bodice. She also has on her cream colored leather shoes trimmed in pink leather with a oval "buckle" and white knit stockings. Original mohair wig. Her bisque head is without damage, however there are a few scratches on her cheeks, you can see this in the pictures.
Then there are all of her accessories and clothing! Attached on the inside of the lid, you can see when opened the most wonderful pink silk cape, trimmed in cream colored soutache and lace and a pink silk ribbon tie to close it. It retains the original tissue paper inside. There are a few spots of discoloration on the cape. Attached to the cape is her sweet little jump rope. Directly underneath her cape is attached her binoculars and a cream colored necklace. To the right of her cape is attached her adorable little silk bloomers, trimmed in lace and a pink bow in the front. Right next to that is an attached clock face. Under her bloomers is her dainty silk slip. I love the delicate scalloped edges! Soutache trim and a pink bow as well. Original tissue paper is within both the bloomers and the slip.
Next, we have the two wonderful silk dresses! A dainty pink dress adorned with loads of lace detail. One button closure at the back top. The cream silk dress is just as sweet with loads of lace detail and pink silk ribbon at the waist and neckline.
Our little Simon Halbig is nestled on her presentation card that forms the shelf in front of the dresses. When the card is removed, underneath her, you can see a sweet little cream colored blanket with pink bows at the corners, a pink cotton apron, a cream colored hat, a bag of mimosa and a pink kid leather clutch purse!
In front of that is the section of the box that contains many attached accessories and more clothing! Attached vertically, you can see: two pillows adorned with pink ribbons, a comb, a perfume bottle, a powder puff, a brush and a little box with a gold attached label that has Paris on it (I can't determine what the rest says). Just divine! Under that you can see the remaining attached clothing: a cream cotton skirt with pink ribbon, a cream patterned cotton camisole with pink silk ribbon trim and a bow and a long sleeved shirt to match the skirt with cream lace, pink silk ribbon trim and a pink bow.
A truly exquisite set for the collector who loves dolls with their trousseau's.
