    Description

    This is a very interesting  FDC from BERMUDA a British Crown Colony  in the Atlantic, honoring the American Bi- Centennial.
    I
    n  spite of their status a British Colony, they did support the rebels during the Revolutionary War  and in August of 1775 they aided General Washington by sending
    Gunpowder to him for us in the Battle of Boston- this is  depicted on this FDC Cachet and stamp.
    It was cancelled on October 27th 1975 and has a 17 cent stamp.
    It is in MINT condition.
