Awesome Vintage 1940’s size 8 Daniel Green Peep Toe Comfy Black Satin Slippers House Sh. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
Just look at and admire these awesome Daniel Green Comfy brand slippers or house shoes. These are surely from the 1940s to 1950s. They are marked inside as a size 8 but are very roomy and probably would fit a larger size. The exact measurements are 9 1/8 from he’ll to toe and 3 1/8 across the width. at the widest point. I wear a size 6, and I slipped my foot into them, and they are very, very large on me. Plenty of room. It is rare to find vintage shoes and slippers and a large size.They are in black satin lined with an ecru or peachy satin inside. They show absolutely no wear. The uppers feature a peep toe front with a bow and cut out on the front, a low cut out on the vamp, and a 2 1/2 inch heel at its height. They are so sexy and vampy with a Hollywood Regency feel. So on point for today. I can not say enough about or love these enough! I seriously don’t think that you will find another pair of these in the size and in this condition! These are such a great vintage find, and I have had them in my collection for probably 15 years!
