The JessEm Rout-R-Lift II has all the same great features as our Mast-R-Lift II but at a price, we know you will appreciate. This lift is made out of aluminum with a phenolic top plate. The Rout-R-Lift II comes in 5 different styles depending on the router and router diameter you plan to use. This model is designed for use with Porter Cable 690/890, DW 610/616/618, Bosch 1617/1618, or any other routers with 3.5'' diameter motors.
Double-Sealed Ball Bearing Construction
Thanks to the a double sealed bearing to the spindle, the Rout-R-Lift II can smoothly raise and lower your motor with ease.
Bearing the Tension of the Lift
The shafts on the Rout-R-Lift II, like all the Router Lifts, are pressed into a shaft mount with hydraulic pressure. The shafts are attached to the top plate and fasten in place with more than one screw spreading the lateral load and providing a very rigid and durable mount that will withstand the toughest routing operations.
Sturdy Construction
All the machined components on the Rout-R-Lift II are CNC machined for durability.
No Bent Wrenches
The bits can be easily changed from above the table without the need for bent wrenches.

The Mast-R-Top 24 x 32-inch Router Table Top from JessEm designed for the latest hi-tech woodworking machinery. It is made from laminated phenolic, which is one of the strongest, stable, and durable materials available for an industrial strength work surface.
Build Your Own Router Table System
The table top comes pre-machined to fit JessEm’s Mast-R-Lift, Rout-R-Lift II, and Rout-R-Plate lift and router plates for building a router table system. The top is also pre-drilled on the underside for attaching table fences and stands, like TA Fence, Mast-R-Fence II, Rout-R-Table Stand, and ALTS Stand.
Extruded Aluminum Dual Track
The JessEm Mast-R-Top comes with an extruded anodized aluminum dual track with a T-slot that accepts standard 1/4-inch hex head bolts or hex nuts and a standard 3/4-inch miter slot. This allows you to attach jigs, hold-downs, featherboards, or a miter gauge to the top.
Compatible with Any Insert Plate
The Table Top features a centered router opening measuring 9-1/4 x 11-3/4 inches that accepts most standard router plates and lifts (3/8-inch thick).

The JessEm Mast-R-Fence II looks as beautiful as its function and features dual-track fastening system with adjustable scales that can be set for a zero-reference and fast, repeatable set-ups. It comes with a measuring scale along the top face for the Fence-Stop accessory (available separately).
Construction
The Mast-R-Fence II is constructed of precision machined 6061 aluminum with a red anodized finish. It smoothly glides in the tracks and locks firm with the twist of our "high-boy" lock down knobs.
Convenient
The fence has been developed with high-density fiberboard sub-fences that have been edge banded for long life. The sub-fence faces can be adjusted tool free with convenient locking knobs on the backside of the fence. Its dust port fitting is designed with an inside diameter that accepts a 2-1/4" diameter vacuum hose fitting and outside diameter that accepts a 2-1/2" vacuum hose fitting.
Fence Face Shimming Bars
The fence features JessEm’s unique fence face shimming bars. These bars are made of anodized aluminum with one side designed to offset the fence face 1/32" and the other 1/16". When not in use they conveniently store on the backside of the fence.

This Rout-R-Table Stand by JessEm gives you a permanent, mobile solution for your table-top routing needs. Easily attach this heavy-gauge steel router table stand to any JessEm router table top or a router table top of your own design for a complete and incredibly strong table-top system. Assembly is simple, and it includes riveted steel nuts to accept the bolts needed for assembly. It measures 35 x 26 x 22 inches once assembled (excluding the top). It is made from heavy-duty tubular steel legs with flanged steel cross braces, and powder-coated for durability. You can attach a set of casters (sold separately) for ultimate portability.

b) In order to be eligible for a full refund, less shipping expenses, your returned merchandise must be in its original new condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Items which have been opened are returnable, however they will carry a restocking fee.
c) Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. d) All returns are subject to inspection. e) Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton, not just the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. f) There are product categories which are not returnable due to hygienic or sanitary as required by manufacturers. If your items is a consumable good or is has been locked by a manufacturer such as Apple or HP the return will not be accepted
