    Description

You are purchasing 2 brand new
    GE401X
bulbs from a freshly opened case,
    not any parts or accessories
. The bulbs are brand new 'old stock'.
The bulb is used inside the beacon of the Major Matt Mason Space Station play set.
The bulb runs on one 'D' battery inside the body of the beacon.
This bulb is meant to blink once it is turned on and warms up.
The bulb is used inside the head of the
    alien
    Scorpio
from the Major Matt Mason play set and runs on one AA battery.
These types of bulbs have been also used since the 50's in toy train sets and many other electronic toys/games.
The bulbs are also used in the Major Matt Mason Talking Command Console and run on 2 'D' batteries inside the console.
    One bulb is for the
    green
    panel one is for the
    red
    panel.
The GE401X bulbs are a ‘heavy duty’ version of the GE401 ‘toy’ bulbs put into electronic toys by Mattel, Marx, Lionel, Buddy L, etc. since the 1950’s. They are used in the same capacity but are designed for rough service. For decades they have been used in yellow highway signal flashers. If you remember those highway signals, those things would flash forever! I am confident you will be very satisfied with the results from these bulbs in your toys.
These vintage incandescent bulbs have a miniature E10 (10mm) screw base and operate on 1.5V at 0.33A (0.5W).
The bulb is a G4.5 type with a C2F filament.
These bulbs include a built-in bimetal flasher switch - after a few seconds of being on, the bulb blinks on and off automatically.
Great for displays, models, trains, etc.
    Buy with confidence!
