Suitable for heavy bakelite milling, engraving machine, big gong machine upside down
Remove the original baseplate of the bakelite milling machine, and then install it on the matching baseplate. The baseplate diameter is 185mm, and the bakelite milling base plate with a diameter of no more than 185mm can be installed. The matching baseplate has already punched screw holes.
Install directly.
The countertop is 300mm*240mm*10mm, the purple bottom plate is 8mm thick, and it can be embedded in the panel of 6mm.
Lifting screw M16×2.0mm pitch, the screw is lifted and lowered by 2mm for each turn of the screw, which is very precise and easy to control, and very safe.
The two screws rotate under the simultaneous action of the synchronous belt and keep rotating at the same speed at the same time. The four M16 hardened optical shafts can ensure that the machine is vertically lifted and will not be deflected due to the force applied to one side.
The diameter of the tool change hole on the panel is 90mm. It is equipped with three dust cover plates with different diameters.
