For your consideration is this Gorgeous and Rare Simon Halbig 1079 doll. She’s about 29 inches tall. Please review the pictures as they are part of the description. She maintains some of the original shiny finish but has areas in her joints where the paint has naturally chipped away. Her hands show wear but are considerably very good in comparison to most dolls of this time.
This beautiful doll wears an antique dress and vintage hat. Her face is gorgeous. Her eyes do not sleep. Her body has chipped paint all over in certain areas mostly joints. She is not perfect but very gorgeous.
She comes to you with the following:
1) beautiful cotton antique dress with faux cameo pin and with straw hat
2) antique shoes
3)blonde wig only
The Earrings are NOT included with the doll. They are shown only as decoration but are NOT included

This doll wears lovely leather boots, pantaloons, a slip, and underdress. As you can she her arms can stay up depending on how you lose her. Her legs are well strung but have difficulty maintained a leg pose. She’s truly a lovely doll with those roast cheeks. Just lovely.
