Tootsietoy Buck Rogers Battle Cruiser Spaceship Antique Vintage Pot Metal

Manufactured by Tootsietoy in the late 1930s, this neat diecast pot metal space ship is a miniature version of Buck Rogers' Battlecruiser from the popular radio show.  Designed to fly along on a string, it has a pair of rollers in the turret and top fin.  The battlecruiser measures about 1 1/2 inches tall by 4 3/4 inches long and is in good, well played with condition with lots of paint wear and flaking.  The little shaft that held the rear roller in place is missing and has been replaced with a straight pin.
