Vintage 1959 Remco Project Yankee Doodle Rocket Launcher Play Set Original Box

This is a wonderful vintage rocket launching toy. It is named "Project Yankee Doodle"- Secret Rocket Test CenterIt uses 2-D size batteries (Not included). It includes the test center which has a sky-dome that opens, a motorized launcher that rises, a working hand turned warning siren, an automatic count-down dial and rockets and satellites to be launched. It comes with first and second stage rockets of Thor, Titan and Atlas. It has all these 6 pieces. There is one satellite piece for Thor. The Titan and Atlas satellites are missing. It comes in great working condition in its original box. Box is complete and in very good condition. The operating instructions are on the bottom of the box. It was made by Remco Industries, Inc.-Newark 7, N.J. and is Style No. 204. We believe it dates from the late 1950's.
