    Description

    Vintage 1969 Mattel’s Major Matt Mason Man in Space Talking Command Console.
    This toy has imperfections! Missing one chair! The lights lighted up when I first put batteries in but then stopped working and won’t light back up see pictures for what I mean!
    Also the one chair is not tied down. When I first pulled the string it zipped back in and spun but made no noise. Now the string isn’t popping back in.
    For these reasons sold AS IS.
    I could not get the console to light up. It looks to be wired OK and I did not try replacing the bulbs. The talking mechanism pull string is in place and pulls and releases like I would expect. You can hear the interior spinning, but no sound comes out.
