Vintage Moccasins Boots Tooled Leather Native American? Indian? Fringe Embroider

Genuine leather mystery boots I’ve
had a few years.
These are so interesting.
The hobnail style soles leads them back
to at least the 50s. Could be older?
Hard to tell if these are Native American
made or inspired, OR perhaps Indian via India.
Handmade, tooled & embroidered.
Has distress & flaws.
Best for display or restoration
Not sure what the “19” mark on the sole
is. Perhaps done by a previous owner
Size is only a guess? Ladies 7-7.5

Bottom of the soles seem to be approx 10” - 10.25” long
in length. Please compare measurements to a flat
shoe that fits you. I cannot confirm the original size.
I’m a 7-7.5 female & they fit me ok.
I think it MIGHT fit a size 8 without socks.
Otherwise it may be a snug for a size 8
