Vintage Park’s Trak-O Mystery Satellite space toy Worn

This is not working and is for display use only.
This is a vintage original Park’s Plastics battery operated Trak-O Mystery Satellite toy. Park Plastics Co., Linden, NJ manufactured the toy mystery 6” plastic satellite (hard plastic ball) in the 1950s. The battery-operated, self-propelled satellite changes direction electronically, can’t be cornered and rolls over and around obstacles. Parks states that the satellite is made of almost indestructible plastic and has an audible radar “beep” signal. On the back of the display box are the instructions. The toy satellite separates in two halves and uses batteries. There is corrosion inside the unit that I have not tried removing and visible wear as shown. Would be really cool for display. As is, as shown. Perfect for any collection!
