This battery operated spaceship car is from I believe from the 1960s. Hungarian made by Interkozmosz, while I see no markings. it uses two D batteries. The ship measures approximately 13 inches long. There is a Styrofoam ball/satellite that floats above the car as it moves, but that is missing, so I could not test that it will float above the moving ship. It has a small blower that forces air up through the yellow center piece. The lights alternate from blue to red/pink when ship is moving. The lights work beautifully. The ship moves in a herky jerky way, going straight, then turning, not sure if it’s operating exactly as it should, but a mechanical person may know what it needs. It also makes noise. Not sure if it’s because it makes that sound for the blower to work, or it’s something else. The underside has both an on off switch as well as another switch/lever that changes its mode which has something to do with wheels. As the pictures reveal, this toy is in very good shape.
