Vtg 1940s NOCONA Cowboy Boots & Box. 8. NICE

Beautiful vintage 1940s NOCONA Western Cowboy/Cowgirl boots and original box.
Amazing condition, only worn a couple of times looks like. Very supple leather green and yellow stitched uppers with pegged leather soles, stacked leather heels and CATS PAW rubber heel tops. Fully leather lined with cloth mule ear Nocona Boot, Nocona Texas logo pulls.  Size appears to be about an 8. Box states code size 8.5-D, ( 485 ), a regular width, but boots seem to be marked 8-B, ( 280), a narrow width. Not sure which they are. Actual outsole width is 3-11/16th. Sorry I can't dial it in better. Condition is very good. The soles show a little bit of edge separation, see picture, of the thin bottom leather layer. A few minor nicks and scuffs and the beginnings of tears at the top of the shafts, see picture. All of these details are pretty minor but I need to note. Otherwise very nice. Fantastic early Nocona boots. Very wearable and collectable. These are about as nice as you can find from this period. Shipped promptly and carefully. Questions always welcome.
